A few seats are lying vacant in the Three Arts and Seven Science PG Departments.
Given below is the procedure for applying:
- An application letter is to be submitted in plain paper addressing the principal, mentioning the subject chosen in which she wishes to pursue her post graduation studies.
- The candidate should have a B.A./ B.Sc degree with the chosen subject as her MAJOR paper in
- Aggregate Percentage Marks in Graduation has to be minimum 55% in B.A (Hons)/B.Sc. (Hons.)
- Eligibility for application will be as per Norms decided by Calcutta University.

- Photocopies of the following documents are to be attached with the application
- Marksheets of all six semesters
- Proof of Date of Birth (Class X Marksheet/Admit Card)
- Downloaded application form for C.U. (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card
- Caste Certificate (if any)
- EWS Certificate (if any)
- Equivalence certificate (for non CU candidates)
THE CANDIDATES ARE TO REPORT TO RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS WITH THE ABOVE -MENTIONED SET OF DOCUMENTS AND ALSO THE DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL ON EITHER 17.11.2025 or, 18.11.2025 BETWEEN 12 NOON TO 2 PM.
Admission will be strictly on the basis of merit only.
The selected candidates will get a confirmation mail on 19.11.2025 evening from the respective departments.
The fees according to the following structure is to be paid online to the mentioned accounts positively by 5PM, 21.11.2025 (Fee payment details given later).
The photocopies of the bank receipts are to be mailed to departmental mail id on 21.11.2025. Hardcopies of the same are to be deposited in the Department.

- The college fees which are to be submitted through SBI Collect
- The departmental fees in the respective bank accounts (Axis Bank, CIT road) of the departments, given below.
