Notice for Verification of Documents

All candidates who have taken admission to 4-Year B.A./B.Sc. Major Courses (Honours with or without Research) in Lady Brabourne College in the session 2024-25 through the LADY BRABOURNE COLLEGE ADMISSION PORTAL between 29.11.2024 and 30.11.2024, are required to report to the college for physical verification of their original documents.
Date for Verification of Documents : 03.12.2024, Tuesday, Reporting Time: 12 noon to 1 pm —Students admitted through the college stand-alone portal, to both B.A. and B.Sc. Major Courses, are required to report to the college with all testimonials.
All candidates should report to the respective departments to which they are provisionally admitted for physical verification of documents on the above-mentioned date and time.
Candidates should bring the following documents in original on the above-mentioned date:
- Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
- Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the College Admission Portal duly signed by her Guardian / Parent on the last page.
- Recent passport size photograph -2 copies
- Age Proof Document –Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination/Birth Certificate
- Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet
- Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet
- Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
- Caste Certificate (certified competent authority), if applicable
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified competent authority), if applicable
- EWS certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
- BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
- Aadhaar Card
- Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
- Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
- Registration Certificate –for candidates already registered under CU
*Students will also bring one self-attested photocopies of the above documents.
Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned date and time to their respective Departments in Lady Brabourne College. If a candidate fails to report in person due to medical condition/ emergency, a person authorised by her should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation where his/her signature will be attested by the candidate.
A candidate failing to report on 03.12.2024 may be considered as unwilling to continue in Lady Brabourne College and hence may be dropped from the list of admitted candidates.
