Physical Verification of Documents (Upgrade Round)

All candidates who have taken admission to 4-Year B.A./B.Sc. Major Courses (Honours with  Research) in Lady Brabourne College in the session2025-26 through the Centralised Admission Portal during the “Upgrade Round”, are required to report to the college premises for physical verification of their original documents.
Physical verification will be conducted by the college authorities on 04-09-2025 (Thursday), 06-09-2025 (Saturday), 08-09-2025 (Monday), and 09-09-2025 (Tuesday). Candidates are required to report for the same on any one of the following days.

Reporting time for physical verification of documents: 10:30 am to 12:00 noon
Venue: College Auditorium

Candidates are required to bring all documents as specified:

  1. Print out of Admission Letter issued by the Centralised Admission Portal
  2. Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
  3. Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as generatedby the Centralised Admission Portal
  4. Recent passport size photograph -2 copies
  5. Age Proof Document –Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination/Birth Certificate
  6. Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet
  7. Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet
  8. Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
  9. Aadhaar Card
  10. Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
  11. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
  12. EWS certificate (certified by competent authority),if applicable
  13. BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
  14. Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
  15. Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
  16. Registration Certificate – only for candidates already registered under CU

Students must also bring self-attested photocopies of the above documents.
Confirmation of admission is subject to successful physical verification of documents. Admission of candidates failing to report for physical verification during the above mentioned period is liable to be cancelled.
