Notice for Physical Verification of Documents of Candidates Admitted Through Cap during the 3rd Phase (from 13/08/2026 to 19/08/2026)
All candidates admitted in the 3rd phase (from 13-08-2026 to 19-08-2026) through the Centralised Admission Portal to 4-year UG courses offered by Lady Brabourne College are hereby notified to report to the college premises for physical verification of their documents on any one of the following dates 20-08-2026, 21-08-2026 and 22-08-2026, without fail.
Admission of the candidate is liable to be cancelled if she fails to complete physical verification by 12:30 pm of 22-08-2026.
Please follow the schedule below for physical verification of documents:

Date and time schedule of reporting should be strictly followed by the candidates.
Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned dates. However, if a candidate fails to report in person due to medical condition/emergency, a person authorised by her should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation where his/her signature will be attested by the candidate.
During physical verification of Documents candidates will produce the following and these will be retained by the Department after verification:
- Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the Centralised Admission Portal (duly signed by the candidate & her Guardian / Parent).
- Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online.
- Print out of Admission Document issued by the Centralised Admission Portal.
- Recent passport size photograph -2 copies
Candidates should bring the following documents in ORIGINAL for verification and selfattested photocopies of the same:
- Age Proof Document –Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination
- Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Marksheet
- Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Marksheet
- Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
- Aadhaar Card
- Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
- EWS certificate of the current financial year (certified by competent authority), if applicable
- BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
- Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
- Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
- Registration Certificate – only for candidates already registered under CU
Students must also bring self-attested photocopies of the above documents.
- Application forms should be duly signed by the candidates’ parent /guardian.
- Admission will not be valid if a candidate fails to report for physical verification during the stipulated time and the Candidature of the said candidate is liable to be cancelled.
