IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Applicants are instructed to read carefully all Admission Schedules published by Lady Brabourne College. All procedures related to UG Admission 2023 will be conducted according to the schedules published.
- Admission will be conducted strictly on the basis of merit.
- Admission process will be conducted as per Government of West Bengal and Calcutta University notifications published from time to time and rules and conventions set by the College.
- Only candidates whose names appear on the Call Lists will be eligible for online provisional admission in the respective rounds. Call List meant for one round will not be valid for other rounds.
- All online admissions are provisional and subject to verification of relevant documents. A candidate’s admission is liable to be cancelled on the grounds of violation of rules and regulations laid down the by University of Calcutta and Lady Brabourne College. Admission is liable to be cancelled if a candidate is found guilty of suppression or of misrepresentation of materials/facts at any stage.
- Payment of fees at the time of admission will be fully online.
Fees payable during admission:
- For all 4-year B.A. Courses: Rs 3851/-
- For all 4-year B.Sc. Courses except Economics: Rs 4621/-
- For 4-year B.Sc. Course in Economics: Rs 4096/-
- Candidates must cancel their admissions online if they decide to take admission in other institutions. Candidates shifting from one Honours course to another within Lady Brabourne College should also cancel their previous admission before proceeding to the next choice.
- Candidates are requested to check the website regularly. Lady Brabourne College reserves its rights to modify and amend published notices and schedules regarding admission.
- Candidates admitted to Lady Brabourne College are entitled to enrol themselves in any one of the four self- financed Career Oriented Courses offered for a nominal course fee. Admission procedure and fee payment modalities for the self-financed Career Oriented Courses will be notified later. The college advises and encourages students to pursue any one of the Career Oriented Course.
