This is to notify to all concerned that online admission to UG courses for the session 2023-24 has closed on 31.08.2023. Online cancellation of admission to UG courses is open till 30.9.2023. Candidates willing to cancel their admission must cancel online within the above mentioned date in order to claim refund against cancellations. After 30.9.2023 cancellations may be made off-line from the college office.
The refund against cancellation of UG admission will be made online according to the UGC Fee Refund Policy-2023-24 (DO. No. F.2-71/2022 (CPP II) Dated, 3rd July 2023).
Candidates who will cancel their admission between 1.9.2023 to 15.9.2023 (both dates inclusive) will receive 80% refund of fees paid.
Candidates who will cancel their admission between 16.9.2023 to 30.9.2023 (both dates inclusive) will receive 50% refund of fees paid.
Candidates who will cancel their admission after 30.9.2023 will not receive any amount as refund of fees.
