Tenders in official company stationery must be submitted at the college office within seven days from publish of this tender notice __________________________.
Firms must have experience of providing service in government organizations.
A client list with proper documentation (govt and non govt organizations) and work orders (Government institution) of last 5 years with work volume handled and certificate of work completion from clients must be enclosed.
The specifications of service to be rendered are as follows:
- 4 times chemical and overhauling service
- 2 times water filter service
- Free service for any break down within 24 hrs
- Any replacement needed for 60 MFD/ 4 MFD Capacitor must be Free of cost
- Copper Pipe Insulation Free
- Fan Capacitor replacement must be free of cost
- Gas Charges Free
- Split A.C PCB repairing and change free of cost
- R32/R410/R22, Gas Charging Free
The firms must provide GST number, copy of Pan card, and trade license details.
